Init Whatsapp Login

Initiate WhatsApp login for a connection.

For auth_type=qr: returns a QR code to scan in the WhatsApp app. For auth_type=phone: sends an auth code to the specified phone number and returns it.

Both QR and auth code include expires_at. Re-call this endpoint to get a fresh one after expiry. Raises 409 if the connection is already authorized.
