Generated fantasy prices

RaceHooks-generated fantasy prices: each driver's and constructor's season-start price plus every price change since, computed by a deterministic rule applied to RaceHooks' own fantasy points. Returns the price after round N (default: the latest completed round), the per-round history, and the points each asset needs next round for each of the four possible moves. An estimate: it may differ from the F1 Fantasy game.

Season year, e.g. 2026 (required; a missing season returns 400).
