Funding Sources

Create a funding source

Creates a funding source on a project. vendor_id names the vendor organization the source draws on and must be a vendor of your organization. A non-zero amount is recorded in the project's funding ledger.

Rabbet project UUID. To resolve your own identifier to a project, use GET /projects?custom_id=....

Idempotency-Keystring

Optional client-supplied key making this request idempotent. Reuse the same value (for the same request) to safely retry.

Request body

labelstring required

Name for the funding source.

equity_type'cash' | 'equity' | 'letter_of_credit' | 'loan' | 'tax_credit' | 'working_capital' required

The kind of capital the funding source provides. loan is debt; the other values are equity-side classifications.

vendor_idstring uuid required

Id of the vendor organization the source draws on. Must be a vendor of your organization.

close_datestring date
maturity_datestring date
custom_idstring

Your identifier for the account backing the source.
