Lists responses. answers is a flat question_id → value map (multi_choice → array of values). complete: false rows are partial autosaves — useful for drop-off analysis.

Filter to finished responses only.

Set to csv (or send Accept: text/csv) to download a CSV instead of JSON.

Max items to return (1–500). Omit both limit and offset for the full, unpaginated list.

offsetinteger

Skip this many items; use next_offset from the previous page.
