Start a sign-in (creates the account on first use)

Emails a sign-in link and returns a 6-digit code. Show the code to whoever is signing in; they open the link and enter it to approve. The email never contains the code. Limited to 10 requests an hour per client IP and 5 an hour per mailbox (+tags and Gmail dots ignored). Disposable-inbox domains are refused with disposable_email.
