Count of unassigned recordings

How many desktop-recorded meetings (source='desktop', excluding dictation) in this workspace have no project, excluding the ones a human explicitly kept without one (ai_layer_status='kept') and the ones whose AI analysis hasn't finished yet. Bot/web/API recordings are never counted here. Backs the «Входящие»/Inbox nav badge. Same predicate as GET /v1/transcriptions?unassigned=true — see apps/api/src/lib/unassigned-filter.ts (the count and the list used to disagree because each hand-rolled its own condition).
