List tasks for the user's organisations

RSQL search: required status=in=(S1,S2); optional repository_id==<id>. Without repository_id, returns tasks for all orgs in the JWT (org-scoped and repo-linked tasks). With repository_id, restricts to that repo (still org-scoped). Sort: sort=created_at (asc) or sort=-created_at (desc, default). Pagination: cursor (opaque), limit (1–100).
