Get a bug report

Changed on

Return one bug report by its id, in the same shape as an entry of GET /v1/bug-reports. The id of a bug listed on GET /v1/missions/submissions can be used here.

Returns `404` when the bug does not exist, belongs to another organization,
has been deleted, or has not been published to you yet.
