Adjudication (penalty) exposure

MCA e-adjudication proceedings / penalty orders against a director (DIN) or company (CIN). A DIN returns the director's exposure across every company; a CIN returns the company's full docket. Public regulatory-order data; internal MCA officer routing fields are stripped. A clean subject returns has_adjudication:false (HTTP 200, not 404).

Director DIN (8 digits). Returns the director's penalty exposure across all companies.

Company CIN/LLPIN. Returns the company's full adjudication docket.
