Public landing page after a hosted-checkout / overlay payment.

No auth required: the user lands here from the hosted checkout's tab, where their qcode session cookie may not be present. This page is purely UI — the actual balance update happens asynchronously via webhook. We just show "成功" + auto-redirect to dashboard so the user doesn't get bounced through Logto.
