🔴 与登录态无关：不取用户、不查库，标题不带账号信息（不走 _build_page_title）——这页将来进边缘快照， 所有访客拿到同一份 HTML；CTA 一律 /auth/sign-up?redirect=…，已登录的人在 sign_up 那里直接 302 到目标。 语言前缀（/en /ja /ru /de）由 LanguageMiddleware 剥掉后落到这一个路由（同 /enterprise）；/de 靠 DE_PILOT_PATHS。 payg_service.PAYG_PUBLIC 为假时模板输出 noindex，sitemap / llms / 站内入口都不出现（暗上线）。
