getGets a log request object, and surfaces a nextAction hint for API callers (download | poll_again | failed | expired). Stale-pending sweep is handled by Q2.Portal.Core.Interfaces.ISdkLogService on list paths, not here.
putUpdates a given log request with a new status and url. Called by Caliper when the async log-pull finishes.
postSubmit an async log pull request for the caller's company. Returns the same response shape as M:Q2.Portal.Web.Server.Controllers.API.LogController.GetLogRequest(System.Int32) for immediate polling.
