AMD

Set AMD config

Set the account-default operating point and webhook. aggressiveness is one dial on the ROC curve: near 0 is human-safe (never hang up on a person, for live-agent dialers; on the deadline it returns unknown rather than risk a false machine), near 1 fires machine fast (for AI voicemail-drop bots). A per-call TwiML <Parameter name="aggressiveness"> overrides this. Requires amd:configure.
