Validate access token
Optional helper: checks whether an opaque Doorkeeper access token (the token string, not a JWT) is present, not revoked, and not expired. Use the same value you would send in Authorization: Bearer. For new clients, validating by calling a lightweight authenticated endpoint is often sufficient.
