Get my property setup draft

The caller's unsaved property for one owner — the name, place, corners and checklist row the map editor last wrote — or data: null when there is none. One draft per person per owner; only the person who wrote it can read it. The owner must be the caller or a business where the caller may add properties (the createFarm rule).

Whose property the draft is for.

The person's own id, or the business's.
