Get the paddock a mob is in

The related resource URL of a mob's current_paddock relationship (JSON:API 1.1, "Related Resource Links"; decision 2026-10-28, G17): the paddock the mob is in now, as getPaddock returns it, or data: null with a 200 while the mob has never been placed. It is the relationship's links.related on getMob, built from the mob's id alone, so it never changes with the placement. Read rights are the mob's: any accepted member of the owning business, or the owner of a personal property; a stranger gets a 404 on a private property. Not an assistant's tool: an assistant reads the paddock with getPaddock and is refused here (403).
