GetStackMigration

Returns the resources in a Terraform-backed Pulumi stack, each annotated with a migrationStatus relative to an optional comparison Pulumi stack. When compareTo is provided in project/stack format, resources matching the target stack are reported as Migrated. Returns 404 with a uniform response shape when the migration feature is not enabled for the organization, when the stack does not exist, or when the stack is not Terraform-backed (runtime tag is not 'terraform-cli'). The shared shape is intentional so callers cannot distinguish 'feature unavailable' from 'stack not found'. Returns 404 with a separate 'Comparison stack' body when compareTo names a stack the caller cannot read (StackRead required) or that does not exist; both return the same shape so existence cannot be probed.
