GetPulumiDeployExecutor

Streams the Linux/AMD64 Pulumi Deployments executor binary to the requester. The executor is the component that runs inside a deployment container and executes the Pulumi operations. Intended for Pulumi-managed deployment runners; requires valid credentials.
