Status page

Add a status page incident

Requires a full-access API key (read-only keys are rejected). Subscribers who have verified their email are notified by email when the incident is created. Creates the incident together with its first update in one call - see StatusPageIncidentCreateInput for the required fields.

The incident's current status, taken from its most recent update: one of exploring, identified, update, resolved. Only resolved (exact lowercase) is treated as resolved.
