Get Core Web Vitals buckets for a site

Returns good/needs-improvement/poor counts and the 75th percentile value for each of LCP, CLS, INP, and FCP over the given date range.

ISO 8601 start date/time. Defaults to 7 days before "to".

tostring date-time
Example:2024-08-08T00:00:00Z

ISO 8601 end date/time. Defaults to now. Range is clamped to 92 days.
