Get post publishing logs

Retrieve detailed logs for a post group showing the publishing process, including scheduling, processing, success, and failure events. Returns only events from the last 90 days by event createdAt, oldest first, limited to 100 entries. An owned group without recent events returns HTTP 200 with success: true and logs: []. Diagnostic log expiry does not delete the post group or published post history.
