What the external feeds brought in over the last 24 hours

Freshness of the label and sanction feeds: designations added and updated (with the authority that named them and, where we can name them, the entities), addresses an authority has stopped naming, Tether/Circle freeze events, community reports, and entity attributions across every feed that names an address, broken down by feed.

Counts, entity names and one address per named entity. A name under sanctions.listed[] carries attribution: authority is the designating body's own wording and needs no caveat, direct is a label on that exact address, and cluster is our clustering, which is a heuristic — print that one as "attributed to", never as "X was sanctioned". Names under sanctions.delisting are always the authority's own wording.

Cached, so two calls a few minutes apart return the same numbers and cached: true.
