List Coins

Backtest-able coins, market-cap ordered. Stablecoins are excluded by default (they carry a stablecoin: true flag) — the picker's default-on "exclude stablecoins" toggle flips include_stablecoins=true to show them. Excluding by default keeps the picker unchanged when the box is checked.
