Create Project

Create a new project.

name is required. description is optional (nullable). priority defaults to "medium" and target_delivery_date is optional. status is always set server-side to "draft" on creation.

Project summary returned in list endpoints.

Maps 1-to-1 with the Project SQLAlchemy model, excluding relationships to keep the payload lightweight.
