Get Ollie Transcript
Return the full Ollie conversation + per-part intent + notes bundle.
Read-only. Phase 5D adds the visibility-toggle endpoint for notes. Synthetic [SYSTEM:...] bootstrap turns are filtered out so the admin sees what the customer actually saw. DesignIntent entries are filtered to user_asserted / admin_asserted — the same gate the shop drawing uses, keeping one source of truth for "what content makes it downstream".
