List Futures

List futures markets for a sport — championship winner, MVP, division winner, etc. One row per (futures event, book, market) with every team or player priced. Free tier; pulled from each book's futures feed (Bovada today). Order is by event commence_time (typically season-end) ascending.

Optional ?bookmakers= (comma-separated book keys) narrows the per-book market rows to those books — same the-odds-api-compatible contract as every /odds endpoint: omitted = all books, unknown keys match nothing. A futures event with no market left after filtering is dropped so consumers never get an empty markets: [] row.
