Stream auth session events (SSE)

Subscribe to real-time auth session status updates via Server-Sent Events. Public endpoint — session ID acts as bearer secret (same access model as GET /auth/sessions/:id). Sends connected event on open, then update events when the session status changes (e.g., verified). Includes heartbeat to keep connection alive through Cloudflare.
