Date and time should be in ISO 8601 format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ eg:2004-02-12T15:19:21+05:30. Please note that when using "+" as a URL parameter value, it will be interpreted as a space. To prevent this, you need to encode the datetime parameter before sending the API request.
