Validate Invite

Validate an invite code and return child info for messaging.

Called BEFORE auth to check if code is valid and get child name. Does NOT require authentication - allows checking before signup. Returns generic error for both invalid and already-claimed codes (security).

Side-effect: sets first_opened_at on first validation call per code and fires a parent_invite_opened PostHog event.
