Remove
Remove a member from the family unit, and settle their access to its children.
mode=keep_on_care_team keeps them on the children's care teams as role_kind (support_worker by default); remove_all, the default, takes every link they hold on those children. Billing contact only, never themselves. See graph/parent/family_unit/removal.py.
