Get Document Thumbnail

Generate a signed, sized URL for a document thumbnail.

Authentication: JWT required RLS: User must have access to the document (family member or uploader)

Args: child_id: UUID of child document_id: UUID of document width: Target width (default: 96 for 2x retina of 48px display) height: Target height (omit to keep the aspect ratio) format: Output format (jpeg/webp/avif/png, default: webp) quality: Image quality 1-100 (default: 80)

Returns: Signed thumbnail URL with expiry
