Get Attachment Video
Return a short-lived signed URL for a video attachment on a chat message.
Companion to the thumbnail endpoint, which returns the poster image. This returns the video file itself so the frontend can stream it in a modal player.
Path scope validation mirrors the thumbnail route: we fetch the video's document_id, look up the document's child_id via the user-RLS'd client, and reject any file_url that falls outside private/{child_id}/source/.
Authentication: JWT required. RLS: user must have access to the message.
