Get Artefact Download Url

Get signed download URL for an artefact's file.

When the artefact has a stored PDF (file_url set), returns a signed URL directly. When file_url is NULL (markdown-only artefact), renders the PDF on-the-fly, uploads to temp storage, and returns a signed URL for that.

Authentication: JWT required RLS: User must have access via family membership, ownership or clinician access.
