Retry the Snyk permission sync for this session

Re-runs the background sync that mirrors the user's Snyk tenant role onto this account, for Snyk-managed accounts only. Poll GET /profile/ and read snyk_permissions_sync for the outcome. Returns 409 with code reauth_required when the Snyk login token is missing or expired; the user must log in again. Returns 409 with code sync_in_progress when this session's sync is still running.
