Returns seven count/exposure references, SSA mortality lookup metadata, and populationReferences containing the full eight NHTSA, BLS, and CDC series. Each population series includes its latest point and a descriptive comparison with priorYear, priorValue, change, and relativeChange. Source hashes, vintages, definitions, limitations, and refresh policies remain public. News and editorial contributions are zero; published cohort and age-adjusted rates are never averaged or ranked across incompatible units.
