Billing

Creates a provider checkout for a Product-scoped Plan. Both application/json and text/plain (optionally charset=utf-8) carry the same UTF-8 JSON request and require a trusted Product Website Origin. The text/plain encoding permits credentialed browser requests without a CORS preflight. Card data is collected only by the selected payment provider; account and Membership fulfillment wait for a verified provider webhook.
