Production Runs

Confirm a Make Production Run and enqueue print jobs

Idempotency-Key is scoped to the organization. Retries return the saved run only when the source, quantity, preview hash, and duplicate-output acknowledgement match. Conflicting reuse returns 409 IDEMPOTENCY_KEY_REUSED. An omitted quantity uses the saved template default during replay. Receipt read failures return 500; retry with the same key. Completion does not establish quality acceptance or shipping readiness.
