Delete a function

Changed on

Soft-deletes the function row, removes the script from the edge runtime, and deactivates any route bound to this function so no further inbound mail is delivered. Past deploy history, invocations, and logs are retained.

Returns 502 if the runtime delete fails partway; the function row stays in place and the call is safe to retry until it succeeds.
