List default network memberships available to your login

An owner or admin sees all connected addresses, including hidden and excluded members. Other human members see only personal addresses owned by their current membership. Filtering happens before pagination. Connected-agent credentials cannot read this roster. Each row includes whether the requester can manage it.

Filter by exact owner user ID or case-insensitive owner name substring. The manager roster also matches owner email; peer discovery does not expose or match email.
