Show the user what their final invoice will be if they cancel now.

C-2 (BILLING_RULES.md Sections 1 + 7): the final invoice is the sum of PrimeTime's half of cumulative lift across all unbilled attributions, not RPM × incremental_views. Pulled directly from optimization_attribution rows that AttributionEngine already wrote.
