Load Data Into FieldCollection
Loads AVRO data into a DMFieldCollection (DMDS or DMT) from a multipart/form-data request.<p> It fails if the specified FieldCollection does not exist. Duplicate key values are forbidden. Type checking and schema validation are enforced.
