List Deleted Sites

List the deleted sites you can restore, with the time each one can be restored by. A site can be restored for up to 14 days after it was deleted, as a new site built from its files and database. The list covers your own account and every account that has given you the Create New Sites permission; each site's accountId says which account it belongs to.
