Get Ai Credits Costs

Coût en crédits par feature — source de vérité = config.py.

  • fixed_costs : forfaits fixes → l'UI affiche le nombre exact.
  • estimated_costs : coût variable (tokens/durée) → l'UI préfixe par "≈".

Permet au front d'afficher le coût sans hardcoder les valeurs (jamais de désync avec le backend).
