Get my saved Euroleague Fantasy roster and latest advice

Returns the private roster saved under the same Predixsport account, its current/final Round state and the latest still-applicable immutable recommendation. The owner is derived exclusively from the bearer token; this endpoint does not accept a user id. The roster may be continued through Web, REST or MCP under the same account.
