Get Video Status

Get processing status and, for Glory League, team UUID result quality.

A completed submission may have quality_status=below_threshold. GL should import results only when completed and quality_status=passed. The current quality_scope is team_uuid; it is not an overall accuracy or refund signal.

When VIDEO_ENDPOINTS_LIVE is False, returns a preview response without DB access. Requires League header and x-api-key header.
