Persists the exact reviewed DSL files as a new Advanced Replication project while leaving the source unchanged.

Features:

  • Uses the active cached analysis without regeneration
  • Returns the newly created target project identifier

  • Navigate directly to the new Advanced Replication project

Authorization: Requires either replication-pipeline::create or replication-pipeline::update when permission harmonization is enabled; otherwise, replication-pipeline::manage.
