Retrieve feature collections
Returns the list of feature collections available on the server. Each collection represents a spatial dataset with essential metadata including collection ID, title, description, spatial/temporal extents, coordinate reference systems (CRS), and links to collection items. This resource is designed to discover available geospatial datasets and understand collection structure before making queries.

Headers
