Publish a story
With Idempotency-Key, atomically save a durable publish request and return its acceptance. The same key and settings return the original acceptance; changed settings return 409. Poll getStory for platform results. Accepted does not mean posted. Without the header, retain the legacy dispatch behavior. Dispatch a Story for immediate publishing to Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok. Returns 202 — the publish job runs in the background. Poll GET /v1/stories/{storyId} for final status.
