Cancel scheduled publishing

Cancel up to 50 future schedules atomically. For separate cross-post deliveries, pass deliveryJobId from getCalendar; this preserves published content and receipts. Draft schedules return to drafts. Refuses content already claimed by a publisher, published content, and uncertain publishing outcomes. This does not remove anything from social platforms.
