Reads a phone number’s live state from Meta together with the account’s, and refreshes the placement metadata.

Query parameters

profile_group_idstring

Profile group context for the request. Optional when the API key is scoped to a profile group (that group is used automatically); with a full-access key, defaults to the first profile group in the account.

phone_number_idstring required

Phone number id — the placement id from GET /api/profiles/:id/placements

Response

Live number and account state.

phoneobject

Live number state from Meta: display_phone_number, verified_name, name_status, new_name_status, quality_rating, messaging_limit_tier, throughput, status, platform_type, is_official_business_account.

wabaobject nullable

Account state: name, account_review_status, business_verification_status, timezone_id, ownership_type. Null when the account-level read fails.
